Am I Going To Lose Quality With My Refilled Cartridge?

Absolutely Not! Our inks are specifically formulated for each individual model printer. You should not see a difference in the quality from our ink and the OEM ink. Rumours float that refilled ink cartridges are actually better quality than the OEM ink, but this is not true. We use ink that is formulated to meet the specifications of each manufacturer so the quality should not differ from our ink and the OEM ink.

Is My Cartridge Capable of Being Refilled?

Nearly all cartridges are capable of being refilled, but the key word in this statement is nearly. We recommend having your cartridge refilled before it is completely dried up. If a printer cartridge is left without ink for a long period of time (2 weeks or more) then the printhead can get clogged and makes refilling with good quality results more difficult. We always clean each individual cartridge with our special cleaning solution so you can obtain maximum quality output with every refill. When you start noticing signs of low ink (e.g. broken text, loss of print quality, or fading of colors) then its time for a Refillink refill!

What Kind Of Warranty Comes With Your Products?

In case of the standard use as supplied in Manufacturer's / Distributor's instructions our maximum obligation will be to replace the goods proven to be defective.

Will Refilling My Cartridge Void My Warranty?

Printer manufacturers will tell you that they do not support the refilling of their ink cartridges. Of course they are going to tell you that! Why would a company give someone permission to take their customer's money that they think should be theirs. I answer this question with another question. Why should a printer company have a monopoly on a product that others can offer for a lower price yet keep the same quality. If you take your printer into a service center with a refilled cartridge the first thing they will tell you is we can't work on this because your problem lies here. So what do you do? Take out the refilled cartridge and take it to the service center.

How Many Times Can I Refill My Cartridge?

Every cartridge is different and depending on how well a cartridge is treated and how properly it is refilled are all factors in the number of times it can be refilled. A good average is 10 times, but some can be less and obviously some can be more. It is important to try and not let your cartridge ever become completely empty since this will decrease the number of times it can be refilled due to print head damage.

Are the colors the same as the original?

For all practical purposes, yes. If there are slight variations in color, they can be adjusted through software.

Will JETICA TM ink clog my printer head?

No. The JETICA TM ink is refined to 1/2 micron in purity. By comparison, Hewlett-Packard® inks are refined to only 1 micron.

Is the JETICA TM Refill System messy?

No. The JETICA TM Refill System uses a blunt needle injector which allows you to control the filling process precisely. Other refill kits use a squeeze bottles and do not allow precise control. Moreover, VIP JETICA TM Refill Kits contain waterproof gloves that protect the hands against soiling with ink.
