1. Make a 3 mm ( 1/8” ) filling hole on  the   front  of  the  cartridge using a small drill, bradawl, or other pointed implement.

2. Assemble  the  syringe  and  filling  needle   and   fill   with   ink.

3. Insert the filling needle through the hole and push  towards  the centre of   the   cartridge.

Note:  The cartridge contains felt and when injector  touches  felt stop inserting the injector.  The injector is in as far  as  it  can  go.

4. Slowly inject up to 40ml. of ink, or until ink appears at the filling hole. 

5. Seal  the  filling  hole  with  the  plug  provide or with   strong  adhesive tape.

6. Unused ink may be returned to the  bottle.  Clean  the  syringe with   water   and   dry   for   future   use.

7. Mount the cartridge  and  run  a  priming  cycle  as  per  printer instructions.

Note:    Empty    cartridges    should    be    refilled   immediately.
